The Bounty List

This displays current bounties, and is intended for between major missions. They generally give:
name, known aliases, last location, wanted dead or alive, and the reward for capture.
To accept a bounty, post after the description. More than one person can accept the same bounty at the same time. Whoever captures the person first, relieves the reward.
