The BLU Contractors were moving arms to their private outpost in the forest, even though its against company policy. The patrol was in an SA-2, and their helicopter was shot down by rebel MiG-15Zs. It's only a matter of time before the rebels reach the crash site and get the cargo for themselves.
Captain Vance has asked Will to complete the shipment. Take an SA-2 to the crashsite to start.
