Well, here's a mini guide to get you started. Now that we've started doing games, its given me an opportunity to see how well our system works, and what needs fixing. So far, there hasn't been much: the dice have preformed beautifully, and with their expansion (Slight changes in odds for the way you attack), I think this could be brilliant. Currently, I'm testing how well dialogue/persuasion will work. In all of your intro games, expect to have to do some thinking.

Otherwise, I'll mess you up.

I'm thinking we do this: everyone has a skill called 'luck' that corresponds directly with your level. When you try an un-skill related action (ex: jumping off the dock to the boat). The only way to improve this skill is to level up. What do you guys think?

Okay, another note. "₪" is now the symbol for the metros. The metros is the standard solar currency. Pandora and Panthlassa readily except metros. Shadow occasionally uses the plat, signified by "ϡ". Platinum is used more frequently on Shadow. Each planet has several smaller, global currencies. These usually need to be converted to metros or plat before being taken to another planet.

NEW:
I've just come up with something. Subject to Devin's approval, you now can earn "Free Level Points" (FL). FLs are used to give you a free level up in a skill. You keep any experience you had, but the amount you need still increases. FLs can be earned in the following ways:
When you earn a level, you earn a point
Special Missions
There may be an option to buy them later....

Well, if you guys log in, you'll probably notice a ton of new crap. A good percentage of it is me being bored, but here are the two most important things:

Encyclopedia Galactica. All the facts on whatever you want. Its on the cortex, which is like the internet of the future: information being beamed at near light-speed (a message sent from Pandora to Frontier would take about 30 minutes). Note: If something is top-secret and not known to the public, the Encyclopedia Galactic will probably have no information.

Other note, probably more important:

Armories, markets or stores. If you notice, the Market has vanished into the sites archives, only to be called upon for me and Mikey's referenced. What will replace it, is the armories. Where ever we go, there might be gun shops, armories, markets, maybe black market deals. They'll have fairly unique merchandise that you can pick up for a few dollars. The thing is, you have to be at that location to buy their items. If our ship is at Camp Victory, Shadow, you can buy the unique Coalition weapons their. If you are at Station Astraeus, you have different stock. Me and Mike will choose what soon.

Another note. The weapons you can carry at once are: 1 primary, 1 secondary, and a knife. You can opt to have 2 secondaries only, making you faster. Or, you can have a normal primary and a shotgun as a secondary, which will make you slower (no other primary-primaries allowed, unless stated otherwise). You take up to 5 mags per weapon. However, if you drop a weapon, you can carry more. If you carry less, you'll be lighter and so we'll scew the odds for you, but you'll have less ammo.

Every time your at a shop, you can buy more ammo (if they sell it). During a mission, you have to pick it up from dead guys, and hope they use the same ammo.
