I switched back to the last jackal, and fired twice at the back, then reloaded my sniper.

The second round pierced right through the jackal. Before they could radio in for a lift, a second wave of 8 jackals came to the scene, these ones with thicker hides. One jumped right at Matt.

To account for the thicker hides, I aimed for the heads. I carefully took aim, and shot all four shots at separate targets, before slinging my sniper on my back and drawing my pistol.

"Are you F***ING kidding me?! Screw these stupid animals!" I pulled out Mia and Tia and started firing at the jackals. I shot at one jackal with the scar over its eye. I pointed the two at it and shot it 3 times with Tia and 2 with Mia.

The large sniper rifle bullet went through the jackal's hide and killed it. The weaker M9 bullets didn't penetrate, save one, that hit its skull, forcing the animal back.
Above, Aaron put the searchlight on several animals, keeping them back.

I saw that the pistol bullets did nothing against these animals. I then put both guns back in their places and pulled out the Kabar and my lovely Butterfly knife. I held the Kabar to its side, allowing it to run part of my forearm, ready for slashing. I also held the butterfly knife upright, ready for stabbing motions. I was ready and on the defense.

A brave jackal lunged at Gekko sideways.

I saw the jackal out of the right corner of my eye. I spun, allowing the knife in my left hand to slash between the chest and the throat of the animal. With the momentum of the spin i was able to spin around after the first slash while the animal was still in the air and made a stabbing motion that would only be close enough to hit the animal somewhere ono the back.

Matt aimed down his red-dot sight at one of the jackels. He shot a burst of three at it, then then turned to the one next to it and shot another burst of three, aiming at the neck and shoulders. He then over to five feet away from Gekko and fired another three shots at one of the beasts that was stalking towards Gekko.

Gekko slashed the jackal's throat. Over the radio, Aaron said, "If you force them back enough I can land and pick you up, or just one of you can get on a gun turret back here."

A jackal took off running towards William.

Matt's bursts impacted on the jackals, bringing two down, and wounding one.

I turned on my radio, "Gotcha fly-boy now get down here so i can woop some jackal ass!!"

Aaron maneuvered the helicopter around, and slowly touched the ground, trying to give Gekko just enough time to jump aboard before powering up.

Together, Gekko and Aaron executed the maneuver brilliantly, and they were quickly in the sky. However, the search light had been off the animals for some time, and now five more had gathered, with two running for Matt and another for Will. Aaron brought the Helicopter to a slow hover over the animals.
"Gekko, take these guys out quick so we can pull them out of here and haul ass back to base."
